Born and raised on the New Hampshire coast, I made my way to Colorado after graduating from the University of Dayton in Ohio with a B.F.A in Visual Communication Design. After spending over a decade living and working in Colorado, I made the decision to return to the East Coast in October 2020, and I am currently based in Vermont.

With more than fifteen years of experience in the design industry, I have honed my expertise in both print and digital design. Throughout my career, I have held various positions, which include holding an in-house designer position at a direct-to-consumer brand in the outdoor industry, working at a digital agency in downtown Denver doing UX and UI design exclusively, holding a visual designer position at a small design studio, and working remotely as a design lead specializing in UX/UI and digital projects on the marketing team of the leading cloud-based K-12 edtech company in the country. I am currently the creative director on the brand team at a D.C.-based tech startup.

When I’m not at my desk, I can usually be found:

• Getting in a workout in my garage gym

• Cooking up a good meal

• Tending to my garden (or shoveling snow, depending on the season)

• Riding a horse—once a horse girl, always a horse girl

• Caring for my small herd of farm animals

• Out enjoying Vermont with my husband and our two big dogs
